• Organization Description The NPSB supports research to find a cure for and prevention of arthritis and to improve the quality of life for those affected by it. It is a voluntary health organization which funds and delivers patient services, public education programs, and support to family members through fund-raising activities. The Arthritis Answers HELPLINE offers information and referral services, including physician referral, and state-wide land and water exercise programs information. Office hours are Monday - Fri
