• Organization Description This program provides neurodevelopmental assessment, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy for children with identified or suspected neurodevelopmental disabilities or delays. Children (0-13 years) with identified or suspected neurodevelopmental disabilities or delays. Written referral by the primary care physician required. Medical coupons accepted.
