• Organization Description The Ferndale Food Bank, a nonprofit agency, is a food bank serving low-income, homeless, elderly and transient or stranded people within its service area. The Ferndale Food Bank serves Ferndale and Custer, and is staffed entirely by volunteers. (Call 360-380-3314) Government Commodities distribution is the last Thursday of the month. Low income residents of the service area; need proof of residency such as rent receipt, utility bill, medical coupon, etc. Services are provided without charge.
