Organization Description The Whatcom Dream has developed an affordable financial literacy course ($60.00 for 12 weeks) where participants discover tried and tested principles that help them better manage their financial and personal assets. Topics include financial assessment, true core values, personal assets-tangible and intangible, budgeting, debt management, credit repais, consumerism, goal setting and achievement, saving and investing, home ownership and more.
