Organization Description The Council on Aging is a nonprofit human service agency providing nutrition, preventative health, and senior center services. Programs include Whatcom/San Juan Senior Nutrition Project, and Senior Community Services. See separate entry for Senior Nutrition Project. See separate entry for Meals on Wheels. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Program hours vary. Those 60 years of age and older. Most services are provided without charge or by donation.
