• Organization Description WMMSN is a non-profit licensed by NOAA to promote education, research and rescue of marine mammals within Whatcom County and surrounding islands. We educatete the public about ways to protect marine mammals found on our shores. We also collect data on dead or dying marine mammals as to cause of death to promote research on diseases, predation or human interference related to cause of death.
